IBM FileNet Developer

Capgemini is looking for an experienced IBM FileNet Developer with strong expertise in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) development and administration. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain document management solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimized performance.

Location : Hyderabad and Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and administer IBM FileNet P8 solutions.
• Manage document lifecycle processes including capture, indexing, and retrieval.
• Integrate ECM systems with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and documentation of customizations.

Required Skills:

• 48 years of experience in ECM development and administration.
• Hands-on expertise with IBM FileNet P8.
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with system integrations and API-based workflows.
• Strong understanding of document lifecycle management.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of IBM Datacap and Hyland OnBase.
• Experience with automation, reporting, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with cloud-based ECM solutions.
