About the Role:

We areseekingan experienced and dynamicIAM Project Managerto lead the successful implementation ofCross Identity (CI), our Converged Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution, for customers worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with at least6years of experience managing complex IT projects, preferably in the Identity and Access Management domain.

The IAM Project Manager willbe responsible forend-to-end project delivery, ensuring that implementations are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Cross Identity IAM solutions for global customers.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and budget tracking.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs usingappropriate verificationtechniques.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build andmaintainstrong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on progress, risks, and issues.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead cross-functional project teams, including technical consultants, business analysts, and support staff.
• Assign responsibilities, set performance expectations, andmonitorteam progress to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Foster a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Risk Management and Issue Resolution:

• Identifypotential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Proactively address project issues, escalate critical concerns when necessary, and drivetimelyresolutions.

Customer Focus:

• Ensurehigh levelsof customer satisfaction by delivering quality solutions that meet customer needs.
• Manage customer expectations effectively and address concerns promptly tomaintainstrong client relationships.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, including status updates, risk assessments, and lessons learned.
• Maintain detailed project documentation to support project audits and knowledge management.

Qualifications:

• Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, ora relatedfield. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Experience:6years of project management experience, with at least4yearsinIAM or related IT security projects.
• Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices. Familiarity withanyIAM platform is an advantage.
