Role : Hybrid Cloud transformation Leader- Director
Location: Chennai
As the Director of Cloud Infrastructure Architecture, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our hybrid cloud infrastructure includes Azure, GCP & OCI. This role involves identifying key partners and establishing effective governance with IT leaders and senior program leadership. Acting as the primary liaison from the IT team, the leader will oversee all cloud program initiatives.
2. Mandatory Capabilities/Skills /Years of Experience
· Degree: MBA or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field.
· Extensive Experience: Minimum of 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on cloud computing. Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
· Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, GCP, OCI), virtualization, networking, and security.
· Strategic Cloud Architecture: Developing and executing a comprehensive cloud infrastructure strategy, aligning with business objectives.
· Governance: Establish and enforce governance frameworks for cloud operations. Ensure compliance with industry standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
· Cloud Micro-Segmentation: Designing and implementing robust security measures to isolate workloads and reduce the blast radius of potential security breaches.
· Cloud AI Platform: Leading the development and deployment of AI/ML platforms on the cloud, leveraging services like Nvidia, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and MLflow.
· Global Availability: Ensuring high availability and disaster recovery by designing and implementing redundant infrastructure across multiple geographic regions.
· Cloud Migration: Leading the migration of workloads to the cloud, minimizing downtime and risk. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
· Cost Optimization: Manage budgets and financial planning for cloud projects. Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures to optimize cloud spending.
· Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain the reliability and security of cloud infrastructure.
· Vendor Management: Managing relationships with cloud service providers and system integrators.

· Cloud Certifications: Certifications from major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
· DevOps Practices: Experience with DevOps principles and tools.
· Data Center Modernization: Experience with data center migration and consolidation.
· AI/ML Expertise: Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, tools, and platforms.
· Security Best Practices: Understanding of security best practices, including encryption, access control, and threat detection
