We are looking for a senior Hybrid Cloud Data Consultant with strong multicloud expertise (AWS/Azure/GCP) and a solid consulting background to drive largescale data modernization, cloud transformation, and architecture programs for enterprise customers.

Role Overview

As a Hybrid Cloud Data Consultant, you will lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of data initiatives across multicloud and hybrid cloud environments. Youll partner with CXOs, business leaders, engineering teams, and cloud architects to design and deliver scalable, secure, and modern data ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Data Strategy & Architecture

• Develop endtoend data strategy for hybrid / multicloud environments aligned with business goals.
• Define and implement Master Data Management (MDM) strategies.
• Architect scalable, secure, and costoptimized data platforms across AWS, Azure, GCP, and other cloud providers.
• Build data estate modernization roadmaps ETL modernization, cloud migration, analytics transformation.
• Create detailed blueprints, target architectures, roadmaps, and guide delivery teams toward execution.
• Lead data modeling aligned to business needs.

Solution Design

• Design data ingestion, ETL/ELT, analytics, and consumption layers on cloud.
• Develop architecture for AI/MLenabled analytics, BI, and outbound data services.
• Define data governance frameworks data quality, security, metadata, lineage.
• Recommend and evaluate cloud platforms & thirdparty tools (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, IBM, Nutanix, Neo Cloud, etc.).
• Ensure bestpractice implementation using cloudnative services (Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse, Databricks, ADF, Glue, EMR, DataProc, DataFlow, etc.).

Execution & Consulting

• Lead Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate architectures, tools, and cost.
• Conduct technical workshops and presentations demonstrating solution feasibility and business value.
• Provide thought leadership in data modernization, cloud adoption, automation, and AIenabled solutions.

Technical Skill Set

• Proven expertise in two or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, data lake/lakehouse architecture, and automation.
• Strong SQL skills and good understanding of RDBMS / NoSQL systems.
• Handson experience with:
• Containerization & Microservices (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Cloudnative architectures (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS)
• Terraform, CloudFormation (IaC)
• CI/CD pipelines
• FinOps, security, networking, integration (APIs/iPaaS)
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to propose MLdriven process automation.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills to interact with CXOs, business stakeholders & technical teams.
• Ability to lead advisory engagements, influence decisions, and guide data engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, problemsolving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across at least two industry verticals (BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Telecom/Media).
• Cloud certifications such as:
• AWS Solutions Architect
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• GCP Professional Architect
• Exposure to DevOps concepts and cloud operating models.
