Human Resources Specialist

As an HR Talent & Learning Advisor, youll implement or perform a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks for the learning & talent development team. Often handle sensitive employee and company information, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

OPPORTUNITIES:

• Handle queries from internal stakeholders and suppliers on HR policies/procedures.
• Support talent development initiatives (mentoring, coaching, assessments, leadership programs, and skills mapping).
• Maintain HR data accuracy in HRIS systems.
• Assist with HR data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting.
• Support HR budget management (supplier onboarding, purchase orders, invoice monitoring).
• Contribute to personal capability building with emphasis on digital tools and AI.

SKILLS:

• 3+ Years of Relevant HR Experience.
