This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Specialist. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, creating and updating HR policies, coordinating employee benefits programs, and handling personnel management activities. This role involves ensuring compliance with company procedures, supporting employee relations, and fostering a positive company culture.

• Proficiency in Human Resources and HR Management
• Knowledge of best practices in HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
• Experience in Personnel Management and fostering employee engagement
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the service or beauty industry is a plus
