Role Overview


We are looking for a proactive and people-focusedHR Executiveto join our team. This role will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and supporting the overall employee experience within the company.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, recruitment experience, and the ability to manage HR processes efficiently in a fast-growing technology environment.


Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process
  • Post job openings on LinkedIn and other job portals
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates


HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist in HR policy implementation


Employee Engagement

  • Organize employee engagement activities
  • Support company culture initiatives
  • Assist in performance review processes


HR Administration

  • Maintain HR databases and employee information
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 13 years of experience in HR or recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using LinkedIn and job portals for hiring
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes


Preferred Skills

  • Experience hiring fortechnology roles
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
  • Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
