Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Human Resources Recruiting Manager. The manager will lead the recruitment process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of talent. Responsibilities include creating and implementing HR policies, developing effective recruitment strategies, and managing employee relations. Collaboration with team leaders and departments will also be essential to address staffing needs and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the Organization.
• Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations and ensuring compliance with employment regulations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Knowledge of local labor laws and best HR practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
