Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. As a Human Resources Recruiter at One Assist Technologies LLP, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Daily tasks include sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and the organization.

Qualifications

• Skills in candidate sourcing, screening resumes, and conducting interviews effectively
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
• Proficiency in managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver under tight deadlines
• Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies is a plus
• Familiarity with local labor laws and HR compliance requirements
• A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
