Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team at Lerich. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions, developing and implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Your expertise will help us build a high-performing team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives

- Manage recruitment, talent acquisition, and retention

- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs

- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflicts

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies

- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve business decisions

- Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and employee engagement

- Develop and manage HR budgets, forecasts, and reports

Requirements:

- 0-2 years of experience in HR management or a similar role

- Proven experience in HR strategy development, talent acquisition, and employee relations

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in HR software and systems

Preferred Qualifications:
