About you

With experience in change and project management, analysis and agile ways of working, youre the specialist we need. You have:

Experience of providing project management and change analysis support on a wide variety of initiatives within an HR environment, ideally with Workday knowledge.
Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills and able to work closely with internal customers at all levels
Experience of working with stakeholders across regions to develop and gain agreement to adopt new functionality, processes or ways of working. Communicating changes effectively across wide stakeholder communities.
Facilitated requirement workshops and demos with stakeholders across functions and regions
Able to work independently and manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously.
Experience in supporting agile delivery teams in backlog refinement, prioritisation and sprint management.
