Human Resources Operations Specialist

Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3days office)

Location: Whitefield

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Human Resources Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end HR operations, payroll coordination, compliance, and office administration.

This role will also work closely with the CTO to support people operations and day-to-day coordination needs. The ideal candidate should be process-driven, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit formalities)
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Draft HR letters (offer, confirmation, experience, etc.)
• Handle employee queries and policy clarifications
• Ensure adherence to internal HR policies

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

• Coordinate and process monthly payroll
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other statutory requirements
• Liaise with payroll vendors (if applicable)
• Maintain payroll data accuracy and resolve discrepancies

Office Administration

• Oversee day-to-day office operations in the Whitefield location
• Coordinate with facility, housekeeping, IT, and other vendors
• Ensure smooth workplace functioning and employee support

Leadership & Business Support

• Assist the CTO with HR coordination and operational support
• Support hiring logistics and interview coordination
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives
• Help streamline HR processes and documentation

Requirements

• 35 years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and labor law compliance
• Experience managing office administration activities
• High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid work model

Preferred

• Experience in a startup or technology-driven organization
• Familiarity with HRMS tools
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
