Quadrant IT Services is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Operations Executive to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR operations, employee engagement, SOP development, and experience working with ATS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
• Develop, implement, and update HR SOPs, policies, and workflows.
• Maintain and oversee ATS platforms for seamless recruitment coordination.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture.
• Handle onboarding, induction, and complete employee lifecycle processes.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Act as the point of contact for HR-related queries and internal coordination.
• Support HR analytics, reporting, and data management activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and compliance.
• Experience working with ATS systems.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Female candidates only (as per role requirement).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Must be comfortable working from the Madhapur office (Hyderabad) 5 days a week.
