Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Office Administrator located in Mathura. The Office Administrator will manage HR-related tasks, including the implementation of HR policies, employee documentation, recruitment coordination, and overall support for HR operations. Additional responsibilities involve effective communication with employees, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and delivering exceptional customer service to aid in employee satisfaction and engagement. Administrative duties such as maintaining records and supporting management will also be key aspects of the role.
