Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role also involves designing HR strategies, facilitating training programs, managing employee engagement, and ensuring organizational policies align with company goals and legal standards. The HR Manager will act as a key liaison between employees and management to maintain a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in workforce planning, recruitment, and employee onboarding
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing HR policies, performance management, and compliance
• Must have 7+years experience.
• Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and conflict resolution techniques
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism
• Proficiency with HR management software and tools is a plus
• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g. SHRM or PHR) is an advantage
• Prior experience in a managerial HR role, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or retail industry
