Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws)

Oversee payroll coordination, attendance & leave management

Drive performance management & employee engagement

Handle employee lifecycle management

Support leadership in organizational development

Ideal Candidate Profile:

10+ years of HR experience

Strong knowledge of HR operations & compliance

Manufacturing experience preferred

Good leadership & communication skills
