Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Client team in Gurgaon. This position requires over 8+ years of experience and an MBA or MSW in HR.

As a strategic HR partner for our Technology, Product, and Business teams, the HRBP will be responsible for driving people strategies, talent management, engagement, and culture.

Key responsibilities include:

- Aligning HR strategy with business goals

- Leading performance cycles and succession planning

- Driving engagement initiatives and pulse surveys

- Supporting organizational changes and process transitions

- Handling employee relations and compliance

- Tracking HR metrics and presenting insights

The ideal candidate will possess extensive HRBP experience in the tech or SaaS sector, strong stakeholder management skills, and high emotional intelligence.
