We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong HR expertise along with experience in the Meetings, Events, Travel, or Hospitality industry.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources
Preferably from the Meeting/Event/Travel/Hotel industry
MBA (HR) is mandatory
Role Scope
The HR Manager will be responsible for hiring top talent, optimizing organizational resources, driving employee engagement, and building a skilled, satisfied, and productive workforce. This role plays a key part in minimizing attrition and ensuring a healthy work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire the best available talent
- Drive Employee Engagement initiatives to build motivation and morale
- Ensure high employee satisfaction across the organization
- Lead Training & Development programs
- Plan and manage succession planning for key roles
- Develop and define KPIs for all positions
- Handle employee grievances with care and within timelines
- Manage annual performance appraisals
- Provide contractual manpower for events as required
