Job Description

We are an international company providing financial services in India. We focus on enhancing financial inclusion across broad segments of the population within four different enterprises. We are looking for an experienced HR Director to build an effective team and foster a positive corporate culture, with an emphasis on intercultural communications.

Key responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the goals of each enterprise.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with diverse industry needs.
  • Conduct organizational development initiatives, focusing on training and leadership development.
  • Implement performance management systems to drive and measure success across all enterprises.
  • Promote a cohesive corporate culture while respecting the unique aspects of each business unit.
  • Design competitive compensation and benefits strategies that meet industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage HR-related risks across enterprises.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to share best practices.
  • Guide teams through organizational changes, fostering adaptability and resilience.
  • Utilize HR analytics for data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within all enterprises.
  • Develop succession planning frameworks to identify and nurture future leaders.
  • Build the company's HR brand in the market.
  • Promote the company's brands within the HR community in India.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an HR Director or similar role in a multicultural environment.
  • Recognition and respect within the HR community.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and best practices in HR.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • Strong psychological conditioning skills for top management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to achieve results through soft power.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in fostering diversity and inclusion.
  • Ability to handle change management effectively.
