About the Role

Were seeking an HR Intern whos organized, proactive, and eager to support our hiring and HR operations while learning the nuts and bolts of team-building in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Post open roles on platforms like LinkedIn and track all applications
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on defined role criteria
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal hiring teams
• Assist with onboarding documentation and candidate follow-ups
• Maintain applicant tracking in Google Sheets or an ATS to ensure auditability and transparency
• Liaise with internal teams (strategy, content, admin) to collate interviewer feedback
• Handle basic candidate and staff queries via email or chat
• Support onboarding activities and internal team sessions
• Collect applicant feedback to improve job descriptions and hiring processes
• Prepare simple reports or dashboards outlining recruitment metrics
• Be self-driventake ownership of tasks, learn quickly, and communicate clearly

Requirements

• Freshers or early-career students in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
• Fluent in English and Hindi; organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using email, Google Docs/Sheets, and scheduling tools
• Quick learner who can adapt to ATS tools and HR communication workflows
• Curious about recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, and building efficient processes
