Human Resources Intern

HR Intern (Full-Time | 2 Months) Bhandup, Mumbai

Floormart Global (FMG) is a Mumbai-based industrial flooring firm delivering specialized flooring solutions across projects in India.

We are looking for a full-time HR Intern for 2 months to work from our Bhandup office. The role involves candidate screening and recruitment calls (around 50% of the role) along with exposure to core HR activities and day-to-day HR operations within a fast-paced, expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate screening and recruitment calls (approx. 50% of the role)
• Coordinate interviews and hiring communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Support ERP/HRMS implementation through data entry, verification, and system testing
• Support onboarding documentation and employee records management
• Work on HR policies, documentation, and process updates
• Maintain HR data, trackers, and HRMS records
• Participate in employee engagement and workplace initiatives

Requirements

• Good communication skills are a must
• Work from office 5 days a week (9:00 AM 6:00 PM)
• Candidates staying on the Central Line between Thane and Ghatkopar preferred
