About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is focused primarily on recruitment and will provide hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes across multiple roles.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri etc.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain Hiring Trackers.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in HR, Management, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of basic recruitment concepts is preferable.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals will be preferred.
• Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
