About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is focused primarily on recruitment and will provide hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes across multiple roles.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri etc.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain Hiring Trackers.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in HR, Management, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of basic recruitment concepts is preferable.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals will be preferred.
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
