Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Generalist, based in Rajkot. The Human Resources Generalist will oversee and manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and benefits administration. Key responsibilities include developing and enforcing HR policies, onboarding new employees, managing benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. The role also involves addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment that aligns with the company's values and goals.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Experience with HR Management and implementation of HR policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration policies
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
• Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position is preferred
