Immediate/short Role & responsibilities

Were Hiring: HR Executive / HR Associate (3 Openings) Whitefield, Bengaluru

Work Location: Whitefield (On-site)

Interview: In-person at Whitefield office (no virtual interviews)

Weekly Off: Sunday & Monday

CTC Range: 4.0 LPA 6.5 LPA

Joining: Immediate / short notice preferred

Responsibilities:

Recruitment coordination (screening, scheduling, follow-ups, offer rollout)

Joining formalities and HR documentation

HR operations support (attendance/leave coordination, basic reporting)

Stakeholder coordination with leadership and teams

Eligibility:

• 0.54 years HR / TA / HR Ops (freshers only if communication + confidence is exceptional
• Must be comfortable commuting to Whitefield and attending in-person interviews
