Description:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing, screening, onboarding & new hire integration.
• Sourcing & Attraction: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, networking) for diverse roles, leveraging data to optimize.
• Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, define roles, and align on hiring strategies.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, seamless experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Preboarding: Own and enhance the preboarding process (welcome kits, first-day prep, culture integration) to build excitement and commitment.
• Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates).
