Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
• Coordinate pre-payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and performance management.
• Assist in vendor management and ensure smooth HR operations.
• Draft and circulate HR communications, policies, and updates across teams.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HR processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of proven HR experience.

Salary :

20k to 25k per month
