Sandfits Foundries Private Limited is a pre-eminent iron casting manufacturing company that produces Grey Iron, Ductile Iron, CG Iron, and AD Iron. Sandfits has 3 foundries with a capacity of 60000 tons PA. Sandfits has a dedicated machine shop to deliver precision iron components to customers worldwide. Sandfits Foundries are located in and around Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India and has a certified IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.

The selected candidate is responsible for HR operations for the plant, he will be focusing on employees relations, labour statutory compliances, recruitment of operators and their life-cycle management, welfare and aligning with business goals of the plant. He will also be responsible for payroll operations, training and driving positive culture across the plant. In addition, he will work on the various corporate initiatives of Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Relations
• Legal compliance under various labour laws
• Handle disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and grievance redressal.
• Oversee contract labour compliance and timely availability with required skill levels
• End-to-end hiring for workmen, coordinating with corporate TA for the Staff hiring
• Skill development training of the Operators
• Manage payroll, wages, bonuses, and statutory benefits.
• Implement HR policies, maintain records, and use HRMS
• Developing positive culture
• Coordinate with Corporate Human Resources

Ideal candidate should have full time Masters degree in Social Work specializing in Human Resources Management with 5 years experience in foundry or manufacturing industry.
