Human Resources Executive

Resollect is a next-generation platform specializing in hard bucket recovery, repossession, auctions, and vendor marketplace solutions. Through its agency aggregator model, Resollect connects businesses with trusted vendors for seamless and transparent recovery operations. By offering end-to-end services from asset repossession to auctioning, the platform enables businesses to achieve faster and more profitable recoveries. This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, assist with developing and implementing HR policies, and ensure compliance with workplace regulations. The professional will be responsible for maintaining a productive and positive working environment and supporting the organizations talent management processes.

• Proficient in HR Management and HR Operations, with strong organizational and strategic capabilities
• Skilled in Employee Relations and adept at fostering a positive workplace culture
• Experienced in drafting, implementing, and managing HR Policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Strong foundation in Human Resources practices, including recruitment, onboarding, and talent management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations is an advantage
