Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and committed HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience in a professional HR role and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills. This position requires a high level of professionalism, initiative, and the ability to manage HR operations efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations including document collection, onboarding, and employee data management.
  • Draft and manage professional email communications with candidates and clients.
  • Support in resolving employee grievances and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Assist in the application and processing of Employment Passes and other work authorization matters.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates from diverse nationalities and backgrounds.
  • Draft Job Descriptions, post job requirements in Ceipal, My Careers Future, FoundIT etc.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in line with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Use Excel and Word proficiently for reports, data analysis, and documentation.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Take initiative and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.



Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in an HR Executive or equivalent role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other productivity tools.
  • Strong knowledge of IT recruitment is mandatory. The candidate should have good understanding of IT skills and technologies, with the ability to screen and identify suitable resumes based on the given Job Descriptions (JDs).
  • Capable of evaluating IT CVs and determining their relevance and suitability for specific IT roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and committed to professional excellence.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Culturally sensitive and capable of interacting with people from various nationalities.
  • Experience in handling employment pass or visa applications is an added advantage.
  • Ceipal or ATS knowledge is advantageous
