Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct background and reference checks
- Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
- Prepare offer letters and negotiate compensation packages
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Retail Industry
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience in bulk hiring or niche hiring (if applicable)
