Job Description

Role Overview

The HR Operations & Payroll Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. The role involves employee records management, statutory compliance, payroll administration, and supporting smooth HR processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
  • Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR letters.
  • Maintain employee database and HRMS records.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and employee data updates.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across departments.

Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
  • Verify attendance, leave records, and salary inputs for payroll processing.
  • Manage statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, PT, and TDS.
  • Generate salary slips and payroll reports.
  • Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement.
  • Handle payroll-related employee queries.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain statutory registers and documentation.
  • Prepare monthly HR and payroll reports for management.
  • Support HR audits and compliance checks.

HR Operations Management / Payroll Processing / Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, PT) / HRMS & Data Management / Attention to Detail / Confidentiality & Integrity / Communication & Employee Support / Problem Solving / Time Management / MS Excel & HR Systems

Eligibility & Experience
  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll management.
  • Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in HRMS and payroll software preferred.
