Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will assist in managing and maintaining HR-related processes and systems, including employee records, recruitment support, and benefits administration. The role involves supporting training initiatives, responding to employee inquiries, preparing HR-related documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes and principles, including HR Management
• Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Knowledge of Benefits Administration and related systems
• Understanding of training and development processes
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and administrative skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR role is preferred
