Human Resources Executive

We are looking for a motivated HR Executive / HR Fresher to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to start or grow their career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and candidate coordination
• Manage HR documentation and employee records
• Support onboarding and HR operations
• Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related activities
• Support employee relations activities, including addressing basic employee queries and maintaining a positive work environment
• Social media handles for branding and engagement

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
• Basic understanding of HR processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in HR domain
• Experience in the IT or tech industry is a plus
