Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Executive role based on-site in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include overseeing Recruitment, HR operations, managing employee relations, Client Account management. The role entails direct engagement with employees and leadership to enhance workplace culture and maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Resume screening and initial screening calls
• Onboarding and Employee engagement
• Account management for clients
• Fluent English is a must as you would have to deal with offshore clients
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in an IT company is prefered
