Job Description
Experience : - 0-2 Years(Fresher can apply)
Education: - MBA(HR)
Location : - Jodhpur
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain recruitment records.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
2. Attendance, Leave & Payroll
- Monitor daily attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for monthly payroll processing.
- Handle queries related to salary, leave, and attendance.
3. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Maintain a healthy and positive work culture.
- Address employee grievances and resolve HR-related issues.
4. HR Policies & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies are implemented effectively.
- Maintain compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
- Update and maintain employee personnel files and records.
5. Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain performance data and feedback records.
6. Exit Formalities
- Conduct exit interviews and complete full & final settlements.
- Maintain proper handover and documentation for resigning employees.
