Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Human Resources Executive. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations activities, implementing and ensuring compliance with HR policies, and supporting the development and execution of HR strategies. Additionally, the role involves maintaining records, onboarding new hires, addressing employee concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• In-depth understanding of Human Resources (HR) processes and best practices
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• Experience in using HR software and tools is advantageous
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus
