Job Description
Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive HR Business Partner to manage endtoend HR activities for a business unit . The role requires strong ownership, policy drafting capability, and the ability to align HR practices with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals
- Own endtoend HR lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, performance, development, and exits
- Drive employee relations, engagement initiatives, and performance management
- Draft, implement, and update HR policies in line with business needs and compliance
- Coach managers on people management and performance issues
- Use HR data and insights to improve employee experience and retention
Minimum Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
- 58 years of HR experience, including HRBP or HR generalist role
- Handson experience managing E2E HR
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and Indian labor laws
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problemsolving skills
- Gogetter mindset with high ownership and ability to work independently
