Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR Business Partner to manage endtoend HR activities for a business unit . The role requires strong ownership, policy drafting capability, and the ability to align HR practices with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals
  • Own endtoend HR lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, performance, development, and exits
  • Drive employee relations, engagement initiatives, and performance management
  • Draft, implement, and update HR policies in line with business needs and compliance
  • Coach managers on people management and performance issues
  • Use HR data and insights to improve employee experience and retention


Minimum Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
  • 58 years of HR experience, including HRBP or HR generalist role
  • Handson experience managing E2E HR
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and Indian labor laws
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problemsolving skills
  • Gogetter mindset with high ownership and ability to work independently
