Job Description

Location- Mumbai

Experience - 4 to 6 years

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Use various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.

2. HR Business Partnering

  • Act as the primary HR contact for assigned business units.
  • Provide HR guidance to managers on people management, employee relations, and HR policies.
  • Support business leaders in organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.

3. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction.
  • Conduct employee feedback surveys and analyze engagement data.
  • Work with managers to address employee concerns and improve retention.

4. Performance Management

  • Support implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Guide managers on goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide HR insights to leadership.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance as per company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
