Job Description
Role Responsibilities -
As an HR Service Center Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
HR Contact Center Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
Employee Data Management: Process and maintain employee data transactions accurately.
Reports and Analytics: Generate Level 1 reports as requested by HR Centers of Excellence.
General HR Administration: Coordinate and support various HR administrative tasks.
We expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 1 year of experience in a regional or global HR role, preferably with benefits support
Exposure to employee data management platforms; experience with Workday is a plus
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Flexibility to work on Philippine holidays based on business needs
Willingness to rotate between two shifts every 6 months:
Mid Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Night Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM
