Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join Nasdaq People Services team as an HR Service Center Analyst, where you will provide Level 1 HR support to employees across the globe. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and service excellence.

Role Responsibilities -

As an HR Service Center Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

  • HR Contact Center Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries and provide timely resolutions.

  • Employee Data Management: Process and maintain employee data transactions accurately.

  • Reports and Analytics: Generate Level 1 reports as requested by HR Centers of Excellence.

  • General HR Administration: Coordinate and support various HR administrative tasks.

We expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 1 year of experience in a regional or global HR role, preferably with benefits support

  • Exposure to employee data management platforms; experience with Workday is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Flexibility to work on Philippine holidays based on business needs

  • Willingness to rotate between two shifts every 6 months:

Mid Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Night Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM
