Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and cold calling
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability
• Comfortable with cold calling , candidate engagement, and regular follow-ups
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Handle offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities
• Meet hiring targets and timelines efficiently
• Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring requirements
• Support immediate and urgent hiring needs

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
