This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Professional based in Jodhpur. The HR Professional will manage day-to-day HR operations, including implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel-related tasks. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also involves active collaboration with management and employees to facilitate effective HR practices aligned with the organization's goals.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency in HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management and team coordination
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple HR tasks while ensuring attention to detail
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance is preferred
• Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
