shift Timings:- 10 am-7 pm
The HR Manager Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while leading a team of 10 recruiters. The role focuses on ensuring quality hiring, maintaining submission standards, improving conversion ratios, and driving team performance through structured monitoring and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
Ensure timely closure of positions across departments.
Maintain strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and upcoming requirements.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
Team Management (10 Recruiters)
Lead, train, and monitor a team of 10 recruiters.
Assign daily/weekly hiring targets.
Track individual performance and submission quality.
Conduct regular review meetings and performance feedback sessions.
Improve team productivity and hiring efficiency.
Quality Submission & Screening
Ensure high-quality candidate submissions aligned with job requirements.
Conduct resume screening and telephonic/video interviews.
Verify candidate eligibility, documents, and cultural fit.
Maintain strong shortlisting-to-selection ratio.
Candidate Counselling
Counsel candidates regarding job role, salary structure, expectations, and company culture.
Improve offer-to-joining ratio through follow-ups.
Address candidate concerns and improve joining conversion.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track recruitment KPIs (TAT, closure rate, drop-off ratio, offer acceptance rate).
Maintain recruitment dashboard and daily reports.
Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and quality benchmarks.
Identify hiring challenges and implement improvement strategies.
