We blend advanced technology with engaging learning content, empowering doctors to stay updated with the latest medical knowledge while enhancing healthcare outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & People Management:

Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee records. Provide support to ensure a positive and smooth employee experience.

Technical Support:

Be the go-to person for resolving platform-related queries and providing support to users, internal teams, and speakers during live/on-site shooting sessions.

Shooting Coordination:

Work closely with the production team to ensure technical readiness at shoots equipment setup, troubleshooting basics, and smooth session execution.

Stakeholder Communication:

Coordinate effectively with speakers, videographers, and internal departments to maintain flawless communication and task completion.

Compliance & Documentation:

Manage necessary agreements, track documentation, and support compliance processes with accuracy and timeliness.

Skills & Qualifications:

Soon-to-be graduate or recent graduate

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident in handling people and managing on-ground tasks

Organized, proactive, and adaptable
