This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Intern/TA Associate located in Gurugram. The role involves supporting recruitment processes, assisting in HR policy implementation, participating in employee benefits administration, and contributing to overall personnel management tasks. The intern will gain hands-on experience in human resources management, including candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and Employee Benefits
• Familiarity with HR Policies and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing one)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HR software applications is a plus
• Passion for learning and a proactive approach to problem-solving
