1. Ensure a smooth induction process for new hires

2. Documentation of all employees of the organization

3. Maintain all employee related data for quick access and information

4. Implement company policies and ensure organization discipline is maintained

5. Ensure a smooth employee offboarding experience

6. Conduct exit interviews and try to capture real reasons for exit

Employee Connect & Communication

1. Effective communication with employees to ensure they always feel heard.

2. Communicate effectively to remind them of all benefits that the org has invested in for them.

3. Develop employee relations and get to understand the pulse on the floor

4. Be the primary POC for employees and solve their queries - big or small or direct them to the connect source and ensure there is a timely resolution
