Position: HR Intern

We are looking for HR Intern for 6 month's Internship with initial stipend of Rs. 15000/- per month.

Work Location: Sector 23 Dwarka, Delhi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Intern who is eager to build a career in recruitment and talent management. This role will provide hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Screening

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability
• Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems

Interview Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Maintain regular communication with shortlisted candidates

Recruitment Operations

• Post and manage job openings on job boards, career pages, and social networks
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, pipeline status)
• Assist in drafting job descriptions aligned with hiring requirements
• Support onboarding documentation for selected candidates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and resume databases
• Basic knowledge of HRIS/ATS systems (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office
