Location: Noida; for projects across India


"Note: This is a Short-term contractual role for a duration of 11 Months of contract."

About the Team:

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with a focus on HR metrics, employee data management, and reporting. You will work closely with HR leadership to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making, improve processes, and enhance employee experience.


What Would This Role Entail?

  • Collect, clean, and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic HR initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), including recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and workforce diversity.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand data needs and provide actionable insights to improve HR processes and outcomes.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of HR analytics tools and platforms.
  • Conduct predictive analysis to anticipate future HR trends and inform decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices in data management and analysis.
  • Support HR projects by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in HR analytics and data analysis.


Necessary Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, HR, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within an HR department.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Zimyo, Keka, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Should be comfortable with traveling or deputation for a few months on a project basis.
  • Apps Script/Python is must with minimum 3 years of experience
  • Spreadsheet skills should be a must, along with automation.
  • Must be able to build machine learning models to scale data and make predictions using historical data.


Good to Have Skills:

  • Prior experience managing internship programs and fresh graduate hiring.
  • Bachelors Degree OR master's in HR HR-related field.
  • Understanding of HR tools or ATS platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of politics and the nature of Indias democracy.
  • Good communication skills are required.
  • The candidate should be open to travel as needed.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with HRIS & HRMS systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Understanding of local political landscape
