Job Description

Job Purpose

To drive the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of HR automation solutions and management information systems (MIS), ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and actionable analytics for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Leadership

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of automation solutions, focusing on HR processes.

Oversee and mentor a team of automation specialists, developers, and MIS analysts.

Conduct requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders to identify automation and reporting opportunities.

Design and document target state workflows and automation blueprints.

Build, test, and deploy RPA bots, integration components, and automated dashboards.

Monitor running automations and MIS tools, optimising performance and troubleshooting issues.

Promote adoption of automation and analytics solutions through training, communication, and user support.

HR Data Management & Analytics

Own the HR data management lifecycle: extraction, transformation, loading, storage, and quality assurance.

Develop, maintain, and automate HR dashboards and management information systems.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across multiple HR systems and sources.

Provide timely, insightful reports and analytics to support business decisions.

Run ad-hoc queries and analyses to answer stakeholder questions and drive process improvements.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management

Coordinate with HR, IT, and other business functions for integration, change management, and enhancements.

Gather feedback from users to refine automation and MIS outputs.

Research and implement new automation technologies, analytics tools, and best practices.

Governance, Compliance & Security

Ensure governance, compliance, and security of automation projects and HR data.

Uphold data governance, privacy, and security policies in handling sensitive employee information.

Ensure compliance with internal governance, security standards, and privacy regulations.
