The HR & Admin Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations and office administration activities at the Head Office, ensuring smooth people management, compliance, and workplace operations.

• Handle recruitment coordination (JD sharing, interview scheduling, follow-ups)
• Manage employee onboarding & exit formalities
• Maintain HR records , attendance, and leave management
• Support payroll coordination and HR compliance
• Assist in performance reviews and employee engagement activities

• Manage office administration and day-to-day operations
• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies & services
• Handle travel, accommodation, and logistics coordination
• Maintain asset & inventory records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements

• Basic knowledge of HR processes & labor compliance
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)

• Stable HO-based role
