Hotel design Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior/Junior Architect located in Chennai. The Junior Architect will work closely with the Senior Architect and project teams to design and develop architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents. They will also review shop drawings and submittals, conduct site visits, and collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 8years( for senior role) / 2years( for junior role) years of experience in architectural design and drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present design concepts and ideas effectively to clients, project teams, and other stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with Luxury design planning is a plus
• HOSPITALITY and related design exp added advantage.
